WV Legislative Rules Updated! - Series 1 Legislative Rules (7-01 - Examination, Licensure and Practice of Professional Engineers) were filed and accepted on May 5, 2022 and became effective August 1, 2022. Updates made, per SB334 passed during the 2022 WV Legislative Session, included all fees outlined in WV Engineering Law (specifically Legislative Rule 7-1-13.4) being reduced by approximately 10% effective August 1, 2022. Any fees submitted with a postmark date of August 1, 2022 or later must be paid at the lower rate. Please reference our website Fees section for details. www.wvpebd.gov/fees
