Individuals providing information to the Board have a right to review information for accuracy and may do so at the Board’s Office at 300 Capitol Street, Suite 910, Charleston, West Virginia during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Board Office is closed for all West Virginia State holidays. You must present a photo identification to review documents. A valid driver’s license serves as an acceptable means of identification.

Public Disclosure

As a general rule, the West Virginia State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers does not disclose any personally identifiable information collected online except where permission has been granted, or where the information is public information under the West Virginia Freedom of Information Act W.V.C.A. §§ 29B-1-1 et seq., or other applicable laws.
